The YMCA George Williams College offers a number of routes for volunteers and workers to develop their work.

The programmes have two themes running through them.

First, they encourage people to reflect on their experiences, to deepen their understanding, and to explore where they want to go.

Second, they look to deepen people’s skills in, and understanding of, the work they do and gain recognized professional qualifications.

In addition they can lead into a nationally recognized Access to Higher Education qualification.
