Our youth work programmes

The Gap scheme offers people aged 17-24 years full-time youth work placements and participation in the Rank Volunteer Award.

The Skills Apprenticeship Scheme combines training in informal education with experience and qualification in various disciplines.

Youth or Adult? Initiative involves the training and development of workers, communities and youth work in the independent, voluntary sector.

Investing in Success: Funding for existing or recent network agencies so that they may undertake special projects, developing their work.

Key workers: Support for experienced workers to develop strategies within an organisation known to the Foundation, often as a managerial post.
